Thoughts Regarding ATN

"I'm
doing much better with my energy level and my quantity of intake.
I'm not craving sweets and chocolate and french fries. To show you
what I mean, we have leftover Christmas chocolate all over the office.
Three times this week I put a Hershey's kiss in my pocket. Each time
I found them at the end of the day as I emptied my pockets. You have
to understand that this just doesn't happen to me; I don't forget about
chocolate!" NN

what I eat....the best part is that it has allowed me to lose weight
while feeling healthier and more energetic than I have felt in years."

when I would wake up exhausted and in a fog for about an hour. Don't

million times better. My need for sleep has decreased from 12 hours
per night to about 9. My energy level is also much more consistent,
and I'm not having the highs and lows that I was. I've been much less
compulsive in my drive to eat; I actually think I'm beginning to experience
some real hunger for the first time...maybe in years!" CP
"I forget to eat - I have to make myself remember. Some
people don't believe me, that I don't have any cravings. I didn't buy
a cake for mother's day because I forgot about having desert."

in front of me at work, it doesn't bother me. I can't believe I'm not
craving sugar. There would be times when I would be shaking for something
sweet. I couldn't believe that I felt better after 2 days." WKW
"My energy level is really high. I'm not tired anymore and
my snoring is reduced. This week I didn't have any sugar cravings. I
haven't been as hungry as much... I was upset one day and didn't even
really feel like eating. Also...I could only eat half of my lunch
yesterday. MA
"I'm losing all of my cravings. I really thought I was more
emotionally involved in food than I guess I am. It's just not as hard
