Course Overview: As therapists, we are not trained in the nutritional impact on many of the conditions we are responsible for treating. However, nutrition has a profound impact on some of these conditions. This course is designed to provide course participants with the nutritional underpinning for the above conditions. The physiological consequences of various nutrition patterns will be explored as they impact and, in some cases, give rise to the above conditions.
