Introduction

There are many programs and approaches to choose from when it comes to losing weight... if that's what you want. "What do you mean... if that's what I want? Of course that's what I want!" most respond incredulously.

Here are the facts according to the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

  • 60% of all weight lost is regained within the first year.
  • 95% of all lost weight is regained within the first five years.
  • Most people regain more weight than they lose.

To say you want weight loss is like saying, I want to keep my son off drugs until he's 15. It's like planning a trip from Austin to LA but telling everyone you're going to El Paso. It's like planning to own a resturant but telling everyone you want to be a waiter. Is it any wonder so many come up so short of what they REALLY want?
