Healthy Shakes Recipes!

French Vanilla (or other flavor) In a blender, add 4-6 ounces of water. Turn blender on lowest speed and add 1 serving of French Vanilla Powder. Let blend until it begins to get thick. Add 4 ice cubes and let blend until ice is fully blended. Enjoy!

"Strawberry Banana Blast" In a blender, add 4-6 ounces of water. Turn blender on lowest speed and add 1 serving of Banana Cream Powder. Let blend until thick. Add 4 - 5 cubes of ice, 1/2 banana, and 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries. Let blend until ice and fruit are blended. Enjoy!
"Blueberry Heaven" In a blender, add 4-6 ounces of water. Turn blender on lowest speed and add 1 serving of Vanilla Powder. Let blend until thick. Add 4 - 5 cubes of ice and 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries. Let blend until ice and fruit are blended. Enjoy!
Soft Serve Ice Cream
With the metal blade installed in a food processor, add 1 cup of ice. Chop the ice as fine as possible (until the ice sticks to the side of the food processor). Tap the side of the food processor and knock as much of the ice down onto the blade as possible. Add 2 servings of your favorite flavor of Healthy Shakes Powder, 1-2 ounces of water and turn food processor on. If the proportion of ice to water is correct, it will begin to fold onto itself in a soft serve like texture. Let it blend until smooth. It may take 1-2 minutes to blend out the tiny ice chips. Add fruit for variety; frozen fruit works best.
For your convenience, Healthy Shakes also mixes with a spoon!
